SUMMARY:2026 Greenspace Speaker Series - Lisa Murphy
DESCRIPTION:The Greenspace Speaker Series starts up for 2026 with their first guest of the year: Lisa Murphy. A Greenspace Board of Directors member and current Secretary\, Lisa is an adjunct professor of Forestry and Natural Resources and Ranch Education. She also works as an instructor for the California Naturalist and Climate Stewardship certifications\, as well as having 18 years of experience as a ranger in Yosemite National Park. \nBringing all that experience\, Lisa will present results from the 2025 Snapshot USA project—a nationwide mammal-tracking project affiliated with the Smithsonian Institute that was conducted in Strawberry Canyon and other Greenspace properties. \nThere is a $10 suggested donation for attending.
